By accessing or using SheetZapi (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
SheetZapi is a SaaS platform that turns Google Sheets into REST APIs. The Service provides an API gateway, a management dashboard, API key management, and optional features including webhooks, aggregations, CORS configuration, IP allowlisting, embed widgets, and usage analytics. SheetZapi proxies data from Google Sheets in real time. We do not guarantee uptime or data availability from third-party sources such as Google.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize SheetZapi to charge the applicable fees to your payment method at the start of each billing period.
We will provide at least 14 days’ notice before any price changes take effect. Price changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal right to use the Google Sheets data you connect to the Service; (b) your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) any information you provide to SheetZapi is accurate and complete; and (d) you are at least 13 years of age.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account → Billing. Upon cancellation, your account will be immediately downgraded to the Free plan and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
SheetZapi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account with 7 days’ notice for any reason, including breach of these terms. In cases of serious violations (e.g., illegal activity, abuse), termination may be immediate without notice.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SheetZapi does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or data availability. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SheetZapi’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to SheetZapi in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD if no fees were paid.
In no event shall SheetZapi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SheetZapi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
